The motion where they get on the bed looks particularly fake because of how easy and non-impactful it is. But everything else, wow. Brushing against the roll of paper towels makes the loose one flutter, the clock on the wall is persistent and readable... maybe the video is just blurry and "low quality" enough to fool us.
Or maybe it's real and I'm being a megaFAGGOT.

What stands out to me other than the fatoid's movement is the fact that nearly everything else in the room is nondescript. Nothing to read, no posters, hardly any distinct medical equipment despite the fact that is clearly meant to be a hospital bed. Maybe it's a special care home for belugas?
I really can't tell if real or AI.

Much like I can convince you almost anything happened back on old MS, you can convince me almost anything might be AI. The thought didn't occur to me. I THINK its real, but it could be AI I guess. Aren't these medical rooms supposed to be as empty and sterile as possible?
The thing that stood out to me was the discord sound at the end. That was weird and made it sound like the sound was recorded on a PC or something.

Oh god, this is payback for me tricking everyone into watching every second of that prolapsed STD asshole the other day.
