herbs and spices and fruits etc don't really get past the surface of meats. Smaller molecules like salts and sugars will disperse throughout as they're small enough to 'fit' inside the muscle fibers, but anything flavouring wise just hangs around on the surfaces. So a fruit brine might do something because of the sugars in it, but you might aswell just have a salt sugar brine then use the fruit during the cooking process to get it's flavour across

The answer is that the fruit enraged yAK so much I vowed to have it every year until he said sorry. It’s really meaningless because unless you boil your brine there will almost no flavor picked up.

i think its called a Michelada, the chick at the local mexican place sometimes makes them and give me one for free. I truly don't like beer but those are nice.
