And I thought my acne as a teen was bad. This looks like a straight up infection. Kid needs a change in his diet and exercise for sure. Probably eating a bunch of junk and not drinking enough water. At least he provides great pustainment.

Looks like the dietetic grape jelly we got in the prison chow hall, only it looked like there was more in the zit than in the squeeze pacs.. I hope the Dr told him to start washing his face after tossing his boyfriends salad because I have never seen a zit look like a shit eruption before..
