Oh is this just some cartel compound? I always assumed a prison because of the bars he sticks his arms through but looking at it now, that makes more sense. Even then, by cartel standards this is up there if he wasn't killed after, I've seen them cut off fingers but at least that leaves the rest of the hand intact. This dude is never using his arms again

I know this is like a typical internet moron thing to say, but I really do feel like they should nuke any area with high cartel activity like this.
