Alright the "defense" have made their case eloquently. I think. Anyone else have some arguments to add to the list?
I'm not sure if that one goes in the for or against giggles coming back column.
In a way, Giggles technique is brilliance. He may make a boring comment that doesn't bother me or most users. But then one user have to bite, turn it into a long thread, and then it suddenly becomes annoying after all. Like he uses us to troll eachother, as pawns in his mind games....
You know the reason he's called Dr.Giggles? Because he's Giggling at our hopeless feeble attempts at dealing with him. He cannot be stopped. He is a an unstoppable boring Juggernaut of Pedanticness. He's probably lurking right now...Giggling to himself....That littfle fag.

What I can think of :
FOR Giggles. - He's a good butt for jokes. - Funny face. - Makes a funny comment once or twice a month.
AGAINST Giggles. - Boring. - Pedantic. - So obviously a lame troll so its annoying watching people take him seriously. - Makes thousands of non-funny comments every months.
I expect only logical, well thought out and reasonable arguments of course, this is mucho after all.

On thatgayfagwebsite, giggles has made over 111.000 comments in 12 years. Over 10.000 comments a year if you account for the time the site was down. Less then 1% of those comments were non-pedantic and boring.
So The Barret asks the question.
