Taking some pills already, Losartan/Hydrochlorothiazide Krka, the first part is equal to Cozaar, and the second part is supposed to make me go pee more or something, dunno if that counts as a water pill.
Yeah the doc wanted me to cancel my trip and go to the hospital, she kept checking my pressure and looked more disturbed every time.
Its confusing because some people act like its super high and dangerous, but most people don't seem bothered by it. Its hard to explain to people why I won't drink.

You guys are probably sick of hearing about this shit, I'll give you an update anyway.
I've really been trying to take it easy since I got here 10 days ago. I haven't touched alcohol or cigarettes, drink exclusively only water and some tea. Trying to eat healthy and exercise every day, avoiding sugary and salty food (which is about 90% of it). Today I went for an hour long swim and then a 2 hour walk. I'm basically the most boring guy in Pattaya at the moment.
I don't even go to bars except the one I hang out and play pool in, nor do I take girls home, just have a steady girl I've known for a couple of years, can see her one or two days a week when she's not working in her family restaurant. She's a nice girl and I wouldn't mind staying with her until we get sick of each other.
It seems to have worked as the blood pressure went down to about 140/85 in the last 2 weeks, down from 210/130.
Since I developed diabetes 2 again, I try to stay clear of sugary foods, although that doesn't seem to help, my blood sugar levels are still stuck at 13+ every day. They put sugar in everything and its hard to avoid or ask for no-sugar when ordering, they might actually nod and agree, then put extra sugar, because they don't understand shit.
I get a discomfort in my chest sometimes, not painful, its like someone is slightly clenching a fist around my heart and its unnerving, makes me think of that scene from Indiana Jones where the native pulls someone's heart out with his hand, but overall I feel a lot healthier already and I'm gonna make sure I keep living near a pool and swim a lot.
Sidenote : I'm pondering doing an obnoxious "look at this cool stuff" sub every day to annoy you guys until I hit 0 rep. Maybe some food pictures.
