    That actually once so nearly happened to me, it was unbelievable.

    Something I'd read in a book saved me. Book by David Morrell, actually. Author of 'First Blood'. But, it wasn't that one.

    Once spoke to a guy who'd seen his cousin do a header beneath an eighteen wheeler too. That's exactly how it went.
