True story: We bought an old farm house in Jackson New Hampshire, in which a young boy had blown his head off about ten years earlier. One bedroom had new drywall ceiling, and wall behind the bed. That room always had a creepy things happening and even guests who didn't know the history couldn't get a restful sleep. I often heard doors down stair opening and closing at night.
