Well let me spell it out for you folks across the pond. It helps to understand the photo is of a guy that stole and crashed an airplane a few days ago. Also woven in is that he looks alot like Adam Sandler. Furthermore, knowing that Adam did a Major Tom bit in the movie "Deeds" kinda completes the picture. All of which could have been discovered by a google search.

Had a guy steal a Lear Jet from Patrick Henry International Airport some 20 or so years ago. Set records for fastes take off on shortest runway, fastest accent. A few others. No traing at all. See if i can find it. Was mid 90's I believe.
