According to the info I got, this video was filmed in Guerrero, Mexico. Those who have been around long enough know that the city of Acapulco in the Mexican state of Guerrero is the execution capital of the world.

A Mexican policeman was kidnapped, but to make his torment worse, the kidnappers also snatched his son. In the video, the policeman is tortured and then beheaded, while his son is made to watch. Yet that really was just a softy warm-up.

While the youngster is alive and fully conscious, the kidnappers flay his chest and belly until his intestines began to protrude. His lungs extract through the exposed cavities, and the intestines continue to pump in and out of the open abdominal wall from sheer terror, as the flayer smacks the young man to make him check it out. The flayer then cuts his rib cage apart and snaps it open, before slicing up his lungs and ripping out his heart, ending his unspeakable torture and with it, his life. The filleting concludes with the heart being stabbed onto the victim.

According to the backinfo I got, the victim was only 16 years old. He is shown in the video gagged and with his hand tied behind his back. The machete wielder delivers a brutal chop into his throat. Despite the cruel blow, it takes the boy a moment to react. The executioners then chop into his neck from different angles, but none of the blows manages to severe the head, apparently because the machete was really dull.

UPDATE

The young man in the video tried to steal from a farm so gang leader Tirso Meleán ordered his henchmen to punish him, and publish the video on the internet as a message to anyone who tries to steal his property.

He says: “Esto es dedicado para todo aquel que intente robar las haciendas de Tirso Meleán, el que manda a nivel nacional y reconocido mundialmente.”

Which means: “This is dedicated to everyone who tries to steal Tirson Melán’s farms, the one leading the nation and recognized internationally.”

On November 15, 2017, at 2:40 A.M. multiple Oklahoma City police officers respond to a call for a suicidal individual. The suicidal individual, 29-year-old Dustin Pigeon, is holding an object in his hand as officers approach, and it is identified by the first two officers on scene as a lighter and lighter fluid. One officer is holding a shotgun allegedly loaded with less-than-lethal munitions in the form of beanbag rounds. The other officers are maintaining a lethal option.

In the hands of Dustin Pigeon is a bottle of lighter fluid that he has apparently doused himself in, and a lighter. Seeing the potential for the man to kill himself at any second, and thus rob the officers of the joy of killing him themselves, the officer with the less-than-lethal option takes his shot, triggering a fire orgy of the his trigger itchy compadres. One of them is facing up to 10 years in prison for second degree murder, which we know all too well will never materialize and he’ll be out on the streets killing more citizens should they have the nerve to deprive him of the joy of killing them himself.
